I live in Las Vegas with my beautiful wife and son.  I am passionate about helping build businesses and am not your run-of-the mill accountant.

I’ve been told that I’m personable and easy to talk to, and I have creative and ingenious ways to help business owners be more successful.  Unlike many accountants, I am what we all call a people-person, not just a number cruncher.

I graduated from Villanova University in Pennsylvania with my B.S. in Accountancy and passed my licensing exam to become licensed in Nevada in 1995.

I belong to NV Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

I also have experience at all levels of accounting and business.  I have worked as a staff accountant for other people’s companies; I have been a partner in an accounting firm; and I have owned my own accounting firm since 2002.  That means that I understand basic business principals from all of those aspects.

I take a holistic approach to accounting.  I show my clients how their personal financial lives impact their business financial lives; if one is weak, the other will be as well.

Therefore, I work with clients on personal bookkeeping and tax matters as well as for their business structures.  I can help you as an experienced business owner looking for better tax management, or I can help you as a startup company just deciding what’s best for you.

I can also work with you to devise a financial plan that’s right for you, since no two clients are identical.  I’ll help you to define your goals and to move to your Next Step!
